Goodies!

Oh East Coast Rising... The fun never stops in comic-land! I just bought some inking equipment yesterday, so after I finish my next chunk of American Virgin It's back to inking the next chunk of pages!


Also, I'm probably also going to make a Tshirt out of the below image.


They will be for the summer, and I'll put em up for sale on my site along with comics like Nebuli, Nebuli 2 (yes, Vasilis and I have started a tie-in mini comic!) and my tenatively titled Early Years book collecting a "best of" selection of my old mini comics. Hopefully I'll have everything ready by Mocca in June.

So anyway, last night we had reservations at a swanky Manhattan restaurant but they fell through due to miscommunication (they gave us a time that happened to be after the kitchen closed... whatever!) So we ended up at this other restaurant called Fatty Crab on Hudson and I think 8th and ordered pretty much everything on the menu and a bottle of chianti. It was some of the best food I've had in a while, my favorite was the pork and watermelon pickle salad!!! Omg I'm so hungry again!!! After this I'm going to find food, DEFINATELY.

We saw my old friend Melissa DeJesus (currently drawing Sokora Refugees for Tokyopop) and her boy Roberto who I haven't seen in at least a year, maybe more. They are both great, and one of the awesome things about moving back to NYC is that I'll be able to hang out with them more! Melissa and I met back in college, and we even share a website!! But we just never see each other XD She's great though, I'm so happy to be moving back to NYC. Even if it is freezing.
